The very spacious accommodation comprises:

Ground floor: entrance hall, sitting room with open beamed ceiling, stone fireplace with open fire, window seat, original panelled doors, dining room with open beamed ceiling and stone fireplace, dining kitchen with fitted units, rear entrance hall leading to cloakroom with WC, wash hand basin and shower in a tiled cubicle.

First floor: 5 bedrooms – 1 twin with ensuite facility consisting of spacious shower, washbasin and W.C. Two double a further twin and a single bedroom. Bathroom with 3-piece suite.

Facilities: electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Automatic washer, iron/ ironing board. Colour TV, DVD, radio/CD. Shaver point. Immersion heater. Cot and high chair. Oil fired central heating; electricity and fuel for the open fire are all included in the rent.

All beds have duvets and bed linen is provided. Large south facing patio, garden tables, chairs and barbecue. Ample parking. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs welcome. A selection of books and board games are also available. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
