Ingleby Lodge offers spacious, comfortable accommodation arranged across two properties, giving you the luxury of two homes in one.

This layout provides the perfect balance between spending time together and enjoying your own private space while on holiday. The well-furnished farmhouse is set within open farmland, enjoying a wonderfully secluded, south-facing position with beautiful views across the surrounding countryside and distant fells, but still within walking distance of local villages.

There is ample space for parking cars in front of the property and an EV charging point is offered for your convenience (additional cost).

Ingleby Lodge is a child-friendly property and can be equipped on request with a cot, highchair, stair gates, and safety bed rails. The property is also pet-friendly, welcoming up to two well-behaved dogs. For your convenience, stair gates and sofa throws are provided.

There is a South-facing walled garden with a patio and sloping lawn. Ideal for relaxing during the day and star gazing at night. There is a BBQ and plenty of tables and chairs for al-fresco eating.

Facilities Include

Both kitchens are newly refurbished and offer space and comfort for preparing those hearty meals in an evening.

The main Kitchen offers seating for all 14 guests; and is the perfect place for everyone to gather.

Both kitchens are fully equipped with:

  • Microwave
  • Kettle
  • Toaster
  • Coffee machine
  • Cafetiere
  • Slow cooker

 

The main lounge is spacious and still retains original features providing a cosy atmosphere for you all to enjoy. The focal point is the wood burning/multi-fuel stove for which coal is provided during your stay offering warmth on those cold, crisp days.

Smart TV and DVD.

The second lounge offers a space for relaxation with a picture window that allows you to take in the scenery, and marvel at the stunning night sky.  The Lounge has a 50" Digital TV and DVD together with a radio and CD player.  A perfect cinema room or a quiet haven for some peace, tranquility and mindful relaxation.

 

There are two large, three-piece bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath.

On the ground floor there are two showers, with a wash hand basin and a W.C.

One bedroom has an ensuite facility of a shower, wash hand basin and W.C.
